The Ode to Picasso / Painters Pallet Faces This design was actually a very early design in my collection, around 1978 a truely happy and fun piece inspired by my main influences of cubism and love for Picasso, therefore my homage to a great master of the arts. Also being a painters pallet worked out nicely to become a well rounded and multifaceted design, which I have always striven for as a creative artist. These pieces make a great statement, the small ones a simple and gentle concept that is tender and amusing whereas the larger sizes, a bold and fashionable look without the commercializaton of branded goods, that speak of the " I have arrived set" These are designs that have soul, if you know what I mean, as an artist and designer most of my work is concept oriented beautifly sculpted, and classic modern art with taste and a sense of humor. In fact its the humor and a wink of the eye that make my work so appealing, one should not take themselves so seriously. Hope you find my vision as something you would like to add to your collection. |
